 Packet Pick-Up:

  1. You must have your RACE NUMBER to pick up your packet. You will receive an email closer to race day with a link to retrieve your race number.
  2. If you do not have your race number, computers will be available in the pickup area for a registration search. If you still cannot find your number, go to the Problems & Solutions Table.
  3. Proceed to the pick-up area for your event (Marathon, Half-Marathon, Marathon Relay or 5K) to get your bib, t-shirt and goodie bag.

Marathon, International Half-Marathon, Marathon Relay Legs 1 & 2 (International Runners)

In order to maintain the privilege of crossing borders, ALL participants must show up in person and provide proof of identity and citizenship to receive their race number and packet. For the majority of participants (U.S. and Canadian citizens over 16 years of age and older), proof of citizenship means a passport, passport card or enhanced drivers license. U.S. and Canadian citizen children under 16 will be expected to present a birth certificate, naturalization card or passport. For additional acceptable documentation, click here.

If you are not a citizen of the U.S. or Canada, it is strongly recommended that all travelers verify the specific documentary requirements of both your country of residence and the countries you will be visiting. For additional information, click here.

U.S.-Only Half-Marathon, Marathon Relay Legs 3-5, 5K & Kids Fun Run

You must bring proper proof of identity to receive your race number. For most participants, this means a driver’s license. All identification documents must have a photo, name and date of birth. If under 16 years of age, a parent/guardian may pick up the child’s race number.

Can I have someone else pick up my packet for me at the Expo?

U.S.-only race participants can have someone else pick up their packet. In order to do so, the person picking up the race packet must bring the runner’s confirmation email printed out. This can only be done for domestic races (excluding the full marathon and international half-marathon and legs 1 & 2 of the marathon relay).

Nuclear (radiation) medical procedure

If you are participating in the Marathon, the Half-Marathon, the Half-Marathon Walk or the Marathon Relay (on the international legs only), and you have had a Nuclear (Radiation) Medicine Procedure Recently:

Please identify yourself to our volunteers when you pick up your number. If you are unsure, please ask and we will seek the opinion of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers!

CBP employs a wide array of Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) technology to serve as a force multiplier and to complement the work of CBP officers in guarding America. These technologies serve a vital function in day-to-day vehicles, trucks, cargo containers and baggage, at our borders and ports of entry. The Radiation Portal Monitor is a detection device that provides CBP with a passive, non-intrusive means to screen conveyances for radiation emanating from various sources, including natural sources and isotopes commonly used in medicine and industry. If any participants in the marathon have recently had medical procedures completed, there is a chance that they may trigger the portal alarms.
